ATEMFRISCH mouthwash hdO2 Application:
Use Breath Fresh Mouthwash 2-3 times a day. Put 1-2 caps of mouthwash in a container. To avoid contamination of the solution, do not touch the bottle opening or cap directly with your mouth. Gargle thoroughly for at least 30 seconds. Don't swallow. Put another cap filling into the jar and rinse the whole mouth again for 45 seconds.

Just add to oral hygiene:
