Organic Tea Blend Leaky Gut Sensitive
Tea preparation:
Pour 1 tablespoon of organic tea blend into approximately 250ml of boiling water, let it steep for 5-8 minutes and drink in small sips.
Recipe suggestion:
Brew 0.5 liters of organic Leaky Gut tea blend in the morning, add 10g of L-glutamine powder and 10g of organic acacia fiber powder to the lukewarm tea. Drink in three servings throughout the day, ideally independent of meals.
