Phyto-Calcium (capsules) contains Lithothamnium calcareum, a marine plant belonging to the fossil red algae family. It is characterized by a high content of organic calcium compounds that are highly absorbable by the human body. The stone algae is rich in important minerals (including potassium, sulfur, copper, selenium, and zinc), contains magnesium, and the trace element iodine. Lithothamnium calcareum is a raw material of 100% natural origin and certified as a biologically organic product. It supports bone mineralization.

What does Natur Vital Phyto-Calcium consist of?
Phyto-Calcium is the pure powder of dried seaweed (Lithothamnium calcareum).

One capsule of Natur Vital Phyto-Calcium contains:

  • 200 mg calcium
  • 18 mg magnesium
  • 14 µg iodine

and also iron, potassium, copper, manganese, sodium, phosphorus, sulfur, selenium, zinc in small amounts.

The capsule shell consists of 100 mg of vegetable cellulose.
