The vaginal gel applicator makes it easier to insert vaginal gel.
Remove the cap from the ointment tube and screw the applicator onto the tube. Gently and slowly squeeze the contents of the tube into the applicator until it is completely full. Remove the tube from the applicator and recap the tube. Lie comfortably on your back with your knees bent and spread apart. Hold the filled applicator in one hand. Insert the applicator into your vagina as deep as you can (similar to a tampon). Squeeze the applicator to expel the contents of the cylinder into the vagina. Remove and clean the applicator.
