SILICA + BIOTIN provides 700 mg silica and 400 μg biotin in a daily dose of two capsules.
Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and hair.

Recommended dosage:
Consume 1 capsule twice a day with sufficient liquid at mealtimes.

SILICEOUS EARTH + BIOTIN contains only 0.004 BE per capsule. SILICEOUS + BIOTIN is also gluten- and lactose-free.
