Only around 10% of Germans consume the recommended amount of 5 portions of fruit and vegetables per day.** This means that important minerals are often neglected in the typical German diet.
Fruit and vegetables contain valuable minerals such as calcium, potassium and magnesium. These minerals are in Dr. Jacob's base powder pure based on citrate and lactate. Lactate is the salt of lactic acid. In pure base powder, the lactate comes from a natural, dairy-free fermentation that produces clockwise lactic acid.
Dr. Jacob's pure base powder contains no sodium and is rich in potassium. Potassium is the most important alkaline generator in fruits and vegetables, but also in our body cells. Like in fruits and vegetables, calcium and magnesium are present in a ratio of 3:2. Dr. Jacob's pure base powder is based on nature's example.

Recommended consumption:
1 level 1-2 times a day Dissolve measuring spoons (ML) of 5.5 g in 250 ml of low-sodium water/sparkling water. Best drunk with meals.
Caution: In the case of (drug-related) potassium balance disorders, alkalosis, hyperkalemia or kidney failure, only use after medical advice.
The full daily dose (= 2 servings) is suitable for people aged 15 and over. If you take the full daily dose, you do not need any additional calcium or zinc supplements.
