Curcumin is the main component of turmeric, the well-known natural seasoning, medicinal and coloring agent. Our Curcumin C3 has been specially prepared to improve absorption.
Resveratrol, a secondary plant substance known from red wine * and mainly found in grape skins, belongs to the group of polyphenols.
The phytochemical sulforaphane from cruciferous vegetables is mainly found in Brussels sprouts, broccoli and cauliflower.
The epigallocatechin-3-gallate, also called EGCG, contained in green tea extract, like resveratrol, is also a secondary plant substance.
Ellagic acid also belongs to the group of polyphenols and is found, among other things, in walnuts and berries such as strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and cherries.
* But please don't drink any more red wine! The volume required for a comparable amount of resveratrol cannot be supplied.
Ingredients
Curcumin C3 Complex ® , broccoli sprout concentrate, capsule shell:
hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, knotweed extract, pomegranate extract, green tea extract 10:1, Quatrefolic ® , methylcobalamin
Recommended dosage
: one capsule twice a day. It is optimal to consume it at least 15 minutes before a meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water.
