Patented curcumin-phospholipid complex The complex, which is created by combining the curcumin molecule with a phospholipid, imitates the natural way of absorption and metabolism of fat-soluble curcumin. The bioavailability here is 29 times higher than with conventional curcumin. The cell membranes can be overcome better, which enables penetration into the cell interior.

Recommended dosage: Take
