EPsom SALT, Oral powder after dissolving in water

Active ingredient: Magnesium sulfate heptahydrate

Saline laxative

Areas of EPsom SALT application:

For short-term use in cases of constipation (constipation); for emptying the intestines before diagnostic and therapeutic measures.

Epsom salt should not be used on children under 6 years of age

Dosage EPsom SALT and method of use:

Unless otherwise prescribed, adults drink 2 - 3 teaspoonfuls (10 - 15 g) of Epsom salt dissolved in approx. 250 ml of water.
For rapid bowel emptying, drink 1 - 2 tablespoons (20 - 30 g) of Epsom salt dissolved in approx. 500 ml of water. Children over 6 years receive half the dose.
