Warnke Vitalstoffe Ester C Complex is a vegan dietary supplement in tablet form, made exclusively from high-quality raw materials. It contains 500 mg Ester C, 333 mg citrus bioflavonoids with 200 mg hesperidin, 75 mg acerola with 25% vitamin C, 75 mg 10x concentrated rosehip extract and 25 mg rutin per tablet.

Vitamin C as Ester C

Ester C is an efficient and stomach-friendly variant of vitamin C. Compared to pure ascorbic acid, it is not acidic in the body, but neutral and is therefore better tolerated, especially by sensitive stomachs and in higher doses. Ester C is a branded raw material that contains calcium L-ascorbate as well as the natural vitamin C component L-threonic acid. Each tablet of the product in question contains 625 mg of this compound, of which 500 mg is vitamin C.

Calcium L-ascorbate (ester C), filler microcrystalline cellulose, bitter orange extract (fruit; Citrus aurantium L.; contains citrus bioflavonoids, including 60% hesperidin), acerola powder (fruit; Malpighia glabra L., contains 25% vitamin C), rose hip extract 10:1 (fruit; Rosa canina L., contains 0.2% vitamin C), anti-caking agent stearic acid, rutin (bud; Sophora japonica L.), anti-caking agent calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid

Recommended dosage: 
Adults take 1 tablet daily with a meal and plenty of water.
