Omega-DHA MensSana provides the body with a standardized supply of essential omega-3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid. The fatty acids are obtained from fish oil using the patented Epax process. This guarantees that the heavy metal contamination of the highly purified fish oils is well below the maximum permissible values, which ensures excellent quality. The human body needs these fatty acids to maintain normal brain function and vision. The need for DHA increases, especially during pregnancy, as the development of the child's brain and eyes is largely dependent on DHA. Overall, pregnant women should consume at least 450 mg of DHA daily to ensure optimal care for mother and child.

Recommended dosage:

What is Omega-DHA MensSana used for?
