Recommendation for consumption:
Take up to 3 capsules regularly in the morning and evening for the first 6 weeks, after which you can reduce to 3 capsules daily. If you feel it is appropriate, you can reduce the dosage to 1-2 capsules daily. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet.
TIP: Swallow the capsules whole with plenty of liquid to avoid the strong natural mussel taste.
