Hericium Erinaceus – also known as lion’s mane, hedgehog’s beard or monkey head mushroom – is a medicinal mushroom and is considered a special delicacy among edible mushrooms in Asia thanks to its fine aromas.
Recommended dosage:
3 capsules once daily or alternatively one capsule each morning, noon and evening. It is best consumed with a meal and 250 ml of still, lukewarm water or optionally with a teaspoon of NORSAN oil to increase bioavailability.
