Homocysteine is a metabolic byproduct that is created when the essential amino acid methionine is broken down. Since the body cannot produce methionine itself, it must be ingested through food. It is found in protein-rich foods such as meat, fish, cheese and certain vegetables.
Recommended dosage:
1 capsule once daily. It is best to consume it at least 30 minutes before or 90 minutes after a meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water or alternatively with half a freshly squeezed lemon.
