Omega-3 fatty acids, especially EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), contribute to maintaining normal heart function with a daily intake of 250 mg. DHA (docosahexanoic acid) contributes to maintaining normal brain and visual function.
