Organic coconut oil
Coconuts provide a clear, pure oil with a mild and aromatic flavor. It has been used in traditional cooking and for the care of skin and hair for generations. In this country, the advantages are known only to a few people.
Organic coconut oil:
The coconuts come from organic farming. After harvesting, the organic nuts are gently dried. Then shred the meat. This is followed by the cold pressing of the grated coconut. The high-quality coconut oil obtained in this way is only filtered and bottled.
This cold-pressed, all-natural coconut oil is unrefined, bleached, deodorized, or hydrogenated and is therefore of the highest quality.
Organic coconut oil:
Coconut oil is 48% lauric acid, a medium-chain fatty acid. It is easy to digest and is used to generate energy. Unsaturated fats can form trans fats, which are undesirable in foods. No trans fatty acids can be produced from the saturated fatty acids in coconut oil. Cold-pressed, natural coconut oil is free of trans fatty acids because it consists mainly of saturated fatty acids and is not partially hydrogenated.

Heat stable:
Due to its high content of saturated fatty acids, it is the most heat-stable among the vegetable fats. Other vegetable oils are damaged by heat, air and light and tend to form free radicals. Coconut oil, on the other hand, remains stable even at high temperatures and changes only slightly. You can use coconut oil from allcura for frying vegetables, meat and fish or for baking.
Aromatic:
You can also use particularly well-processed coconut oils such as our organic oil for cold dishes. Instead of butter on bread or rice crackers.
Easily digestible:
The high stability of coconut oil is another advantage. Due to its composition, coconut oil is particularly easy to digest and can be used by the body quickly and directly to generate energy.
Ideal for skin and hair:
coconut oil penetrates skin and hair particularly quickly. It stays there longer than water-rich creams, so that it protects the skin from moisture loss over the long term. Since coconut oil contains no unsaturated fatty acids, it cannot form free radicals that attack the skin.
By the way:
Breast milk, a newborn's first and most natural food, consists of 50% saturated fatty acids.
Coconut oil melts at around 25°C and solidifies again at lower temperatures. This is a normal physical process and does not affect the quality.
