Royal jelly 400 mg, flower pollen extract 400 mg, fruit juice concentrate with a natural vitamin C content of 30 mg (covers 37.5% of the daily vitamin C requirement according to EU 1169/2011), wheat germ extract, Propolis extract, natural vitamin E 5 mg (covers 41.6% of the recommended daily dose according to EU 1169 / 2011).
