VITA BIOSA Ginger liquid
Vita Biosa is a certified organic herbal fermented drink from Denmark. It is based on lactic acid bacteria and herbs. It contains eight different strains of live lactic acid cultures, organic acids and 19 carefully selected herbs.
Vita Biosa is naturally preserved through a fermentation process in which the herbs and lactic acid bacteria are mixed with water and sugar cane molasses. The sugar in the molasses is consumed by the bacteria and converted into organic acids. Vita Biosa gets its self-preserving effect from the lactic acid. As soon as the bacteria have consumed all the sugar in the molasses, the fermentation process is complete. The end product is therefore also sugar-free and consists only of extracts of the herbs, organic acids and lactic acid bacteria.
Recommended consumption:
Vita Biosa can be drunk pure or mixed with still water, juice or in smoothies. The recommended amount is 20-50 ml/day. Even large amounts are well tolerated, meaning an overdose is not possible (however, only 2-3 teaspoons/day are recommended for the first few days to slowly get used to it). Do not mix with hot drinks as these could kill the lactic acid bacteria.
Ingredients:
The ingredients refer to the beginning of the production process. During the fermentation process, the ingredients are metabolized by the microorganisms: water, sugar cane molasses from controlled organic cultivation, fructose and glucose (from controlled organic invert sugar), herbal mixture and fermentation cultures.
The total content of dried herbs is approximately 0.22% of the total volume during the extraction time.
