Omega 3 fatty acids are essential for our health because they play a major role in many bodily functions. Unfortunately, high concentrations are only found in fatty sea fish - a food that is far too rarely on our menu. That is why balancing them with WOSCHA Omega 3 with EPA and DHA is highly recommended. The two Omega 3 fatty acids EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) contained in WOSCHA Omega 3 come from high-quality Omega 3 fish oil concentrate. It is produced under the strictest quality controls.
To increase the shelf life of the fish oil capsules, we chose vitamin E as a preservative. It consists of mixed tocopherols and has a strong antioxidant effect.
