WOSCHA Vitamin K2 also contains vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). Like vitamin K2, vitamin D promotes the incorporation of calcium into our bones and also supports our immune system. Both vitamins are important for strong bones and can counteract bone loss!
Since both vitamins are fat-soluble, our bodies can only absorb and utilize them if they are taken with fats or oils. The MCT oil (medium-chain triglycerides) from coconut oil in combination with sunflower oil contained in the preparation increases bioavailability. These natural oils provide the necessary "fatty environment" and at the same time provide our bodies with valuable fatty acids to supply the cells with energy.
