  • Xylitol. There are many substitutes for white sugar available on the market, among which xylitol (ksylitol) , or birch sugar, is worth recommending. It looks and tastes like traditional sugar, but it is much healthier and less calorific.
  • Birch sugar is primarily a proposal for diabetics who have to watch out for the level of glucose in the blood. Xylitol has a low glycemic index, thanks to which its metabolism is almost independent of insulin. People who are on a slimming diet help give up white sugar. Sweetening with xylitol is more beneficial because it has much less calories, and also reduces the desire for sweets. It is an extraordinary substance that contributes to strengthening the body's resistance, helping to restore the acid-base balance. It is also recommended for people with bacterial or fungal infections. Consumption of xylitol, eating sweetened sugars and chewing gums improves the condition of teeth, reduces plaque. It has the ability to increase the mineralization of teeth. Positively affects the gums as well as saliva.

Xylitol - 100%.

Operation:

Application:
Xylitol Danisco recommended for use as a substitute for white sugar.
