Yokebe Forte is a special combination of high-quality proteins, honey, all essential vitamins, minerals, and trace elements. Due to its unique nutrient composition, a Yokebe Forte shake is as nutritious as a complete meal but contains 40% fewer carbohydrates than Yokebe Classic.
Preparation:
To replace one meal (1 serving), stir 5 heaped scoops of Yokebe Forte (50 g) into 200 ml of water and add 1 teaspoon (5 g) of sunflower oil. Always add the water to the shaker first, then the powder. Stir or shake the mixture well.
