This product contains evening primrose seeds, which is a valuable source of fiber and oils and other components included in the shell (fatty acids, magnesium). Evening primrose seed oil comprises gamma-linolenic greatly needed in the metabolic processes in the body. How to use:
Apply externally. Prepare a mask with 3 tablespoons (about 15g) of seeds of evening primrose to be grind. Then pour cold water so as to obtain a thin mass. Bring to the boil. Allow to cool to body temperature and put on the face. Leave on for about fifteen minutes and then wash thoroughly with warm water. Repeat the process 2 x week.
