flavonoids, phenolic acids, essential oils, polysaccharides, resins, beeswax
Application:
- Before using the propolis spray, it is important to gently blow your nose to remove excess mucus.
- Then shake the spray well to mix the ingredients.
- Then tilt your head slightly forward, gently insert the spray head into one nostril and press the spray head down while simultaneously inhaling gently through your nose.
- After spraying, raise your head and breathe in through your nose to ensure the spray is evenly distributed.
Dosage:
- Children between 4–10 years: 2 sprays twice a day.
- Children from 11 years and adults: 2 sprays 3 times a day.
- The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded.
