- Pulneo as oral drops, a medicine containing fenspiride anti-inflammatory and bronchodilator. The drug used in the treatment of symptoms extending bronchitis and pneumonia.
Composition:
The active substance is fenspiride hydrochloride. 1 ml (25 drops) contains 25 mg of
fenspiride hydrochloride. Additives: potassium sorbate (E 202), glycerol, sucrose, vanilla AR 0345, anhydrous citric acid, thaumatin (E957), sodium chloride, purified water.
Action:
Pulneo as oral drops, a medicine comprising as an active fenspiride - with the characteristics decrease production of substances involved in inflammation and H1 blocker. Therefore, the use of the drug leads to reduce swelling of the mucous membranes of the respiratory tract, the excessive secretion and reduction of bronchoconstriction.
Application:
Symptomatic treatment (cough and sputum) in the course of inflammatory diseases of the bronchi and lungs.
Dosage:
The drug Pulneo should only be used as prescribed. Administered orally.
Children over the age of 2 years: 4 mg / kg per day, ie:
children weighing less than 10 kg: 10 to 20 drops 2 times a day, children weighing more than 10 kg: 20 to 40 drops 3 times day.
Do not use in children under the age of 2 years.
Adults
30 to 60 drops three times a day.
The drug is recommended to be used at the beginning of meals.

allergic reactions, such as erythema, rash, hives, severe allergic reaction (swelling of
angioedema), erythema passes in permanent discoloration, sleepiness.
