Marshmallow, thyme and ivy are a composition of plant extracts used in the medical device Tussicare junior. It is a syrup that soothes dry or wet cough, intended for use in children over 4 years of age.
Composition of Tussicare junior syrup:
Ivy extract (Hedera helix L.) standardized for the content of hederagenin, floral honey, marshmallow extract (Althaea officinalis L.) rich in mucilaginous substances, thyme extract (Thymus vulgaris L.), fructose, purified water, xanthan gum, fragrances and flavors, citric acid, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate.
Action of Tussicare junior syrup:
Tussicare junior syrup soothes irritations, facilitates the removal of mucus, and has a protective effect on the throat mucosa. The preparation is recommended for dry or wet cough. The Tussicare junior medical device contains plant extracts with proven effects. They form a coating on the mucosa that soothes coughs. The syrup is recommended for use as protection of the upper respiratory tract in winter and to soothe irritations caused by e.g. cold, smog, smoke or dust.

Additional information:
Store the product out of reach of children at room temperature. It is recommended to protect against the effects of moisture and light. It does not contain gluten.
Contraindications:
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any component of the syrup. Do not use in children under 4 years of age.
How to use Tussicare junior syrup:
It is recommended to give children over 4 years of age 10ml twice a day. Use between meals. Shake the bottle well before use. Screw on carefully after use. If the symptoms persist after 7 days of using the preparation, consult your doctor.
