Our eyes are heavily used every day. Increasing age, watching TV, working on the computer or driving a car at night can strain the eyes. A good supply of nutrients is an important factor in maintaining good eyesight and eye health. Vitamin A is necessary for light and dark vision and, like zinc, makes an important contribution to maintaining normal vision. Both substances also complement each other in that zinc is required for the vitamin A metabolism. The carotenoids lutein and zeaxanthin are located in concentrated form in the so-called “yellow spot”, the center of the retina. This is primarily responsible for sharp vision. The capsules are rounded off by the vegetable concentrate from the blueberry.

BAKANASAN Eye Wellbeing Ingredients:
blueberry juice powder (57%); Coating agent: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose; carotenoid-containing marigold extracts (7.5%); Zinc citrate; Retinylacetate; Anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.
Take 1 capsule unchewed once a day with sufficient liquid before or with a meal. Not recommended for children and teenagers. Because of the vitamin A it contains, pregnant women should consult their doctor before starting taking them. You should refrain from taking other zinc-containing food supplements.
