Chromium Application:

Chromium is an extremely important trace element. Together with niacin, it forms the so-called GTF (glucose tolerance factor), which is necessary for the proper functioning of insulin and its level in the blood. Insulin is a hormone that not only regulates blood sugar levels, but is also involved in the metabolism of fats and proteins. Insufficient levels of chromium in the body are thought to be linked to being overweight (increased fat accumulation), impaired glucose tolerance (diabetes) and elevated blood cholesterol levels. Increased intake of chromium leads to a change in body structure - reduces fat and maintains muscle mass.
