Ingredients
Nettle leaf powder, horsetail herb powder, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell), choline L-bitartrate, ginger extract 10:1, carriers dextrose and maltodextrin, ascorbic acid (Vit. C), DL-alpha-tocopherol (Vit. E), zinc gluconate, selenium, nicotinamide, calcium D-pantothenate, cyanocobalamin (Vit. B12), pyridoxine (Vit. B2), thiamine mononitrate (Vit. B1), riboflavin (Vit. B2), folic acid, biotin. Anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, anti-caking agent magnesium salts of fatty acids, coloring titanium dioxide.
Recommended intake
Take 2 capsules daily with some liquid.
1 capsule contains 100 mg nettle leaf powder, 100 mg horsetail herb powder, 50 mg choline, 20 mg ginger extract, 18 mg vitamin C, 5.4 mg niacin, 3 mg vitamin E, 2.5 mg zinc, 1.8 mg pantothenic acid, 0.6 mg vitamin B6, 0.48 mg vitamin B2, 0.42 mg vitamin B1, 60 µg folic acid, 45 µg biotin, 20 µg selenium, 0.3 µg vitamin B12.
