Recommended consumption:
once a day, pour 1-2 heaped tablespoons of powder (1 heaped tablespoon corresponds to 8 g) into an empty glass and dissolve in approx. 200 ml of liquid while stirring. The daily portion can be taken before, with or independently of a meal.
Tip:
The tasteless powder can be stirred into still water, tea, juices, yogurt, muesli or other foods, depending on your preference.

• Children aged 3-12 take ½ tablespoon (4 g) once a day in the first week, then 1 heaped tablespoon (8 g) once a day.
