GaSta Aktiv combines water-soluble and water-insoluble fiber and fiber with various active vitamins and organically bound bulk and trace elements. In addition to promoting the feeling of satiety, the enrichment of fiber in the intestine helps to improve peristalsis and carbohydrate digestion.
Fibregum ™ is a natural, GMO-free soluble fiber made from carefully selected acacia gum. This acacia gum is obtained from the trunks and branches of the acacia tree.
Fibregum ™ is an indigestible polysaccharide that is purified only by physical methods and not with chemical processes or enzymatic modifications.
Fermentation of common fiber in the intestines can lead to gastrointestinal problems. Clinical studies on humans have shown that Fibregum ™ is very well tolerated.
Fiber: The German Society for Nutrition e. V. (DGE) at least 30 g of fiber for adults. The connection between fiber intake and the risk of colon cancer has been repeatedly questioned in recent years. The World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF) report evaluated all relevant research and concluded that foods containing fiber are likely to reduce the risk of colorectal cancer. The National Consumption Study II came to the conclusion that the intake of both men and women in all age groups is below the guideline value: around 68% of men and 75% of women do not achieve this.

Recommended consumption:
one measuring spoon once a day, or alternatively half a measuring spoon each morning and at lunchtime (one measuring spoon corresponds to approx. 19 g) in an empty glass before a meal, top up with 300 ml lukewarm water and apple juice (optimal ratio: ⅔ water, ⅓ apple juice), mix well or whisk and let it swell for at least 5 minutes. Caution: There is a risk of suffocation for consumers with swallowing difficulties or insufficient fluid intake. Does not contain gluten.
