Usage:
Add 1 teaspoon of psyllium husks to liquid several times a day. Simply let it swell briefly and drink. Please ensure you drink 1-2 liters of water throughout the day so that the psyllium husks can have their desired effect. They also taste great as a healthy addition to yogurt and muesli.
