Our resistant starch is a dietary fiber because it cannot be digested by human enzymes and so passes through the stomach into the intestines undamaged. Once there, it serves as valuable food for the intestinal bacteria.

It is produced using the retrogradation process in which it is alternately heated and cooled again. With a final spray drying process, the particularly fine starch powder is created that can be easily stirred into liquids.
