Linseed oil capsules

The intense yellow oil is extracted from the seeds of the linseed plant, which is also popularly known as flax. Linseed oil contains almost exclusively unsaturated fatty acids. The triple unsaturated linolenic acid in particular is more highly concentrated than in any other cooking oil. Our body cannot produce linolenic acids itself. However, it needs them for the production of tissue hormones and for the transport of oxygen in the cell membranes. Linseed oil is also rich in fatty substances such as lecithin and vitamin E and is therefore important nerve nourishment. Linseed oil capsules with 55.3% omega-3 (DHA) and 13.4% omega-6 fatty acids.
