Real Egyptian black cumin seed oil
The all-round talent for a varied diet
For thousands of years, the seeds of real black cumin (lat. Nigella sativa) have been valued in the Orient and Egypt for their valuable ingredients. But it was only since the Middle Ages that black cumin, which belongs to the buttercup family, has been a popular natural food and home remedy in Europe as an all-rounder.
Real Egyptian black cumin seed oil:
The main focus of Egyptian black cumin oil is on the gently cold-pressed oil that is obtained from the seeds of the black cumin. It contains around 80% of the healthy and essential unsaturated fatty acids such as linoleic acid and linolenic acid, which are important omega-6 fatty acids. These unsaturated fatty acids also make black seed oil so valuable, because we tend to consume the unhealthy saturated fatty acids, especially with our now often rather one-sided and poorly balanced diet with a large number of animal products.
It is particularly practical to take: as a supplement to your daily diet, simply consume 1 teaspoon of Egyptian black cumin oil twice a day, with salad or other dishes.
