MURSAL TEA Properties:
Sideritis species are botanically very closely related species of the same genus and are described as endemic species on the Balkan Peninsula. Wild and cultivated since the last century in the central Balkans, Mursal tea has traditionally been used as a medicinal aromatic herbal tea in the folk medicine of the Balkan countries for centuries.
Mursal tea is widely used mainly to relieve the symptoms of lung diseases such as cough of various origins and stomach upset. The pharmacological properties of the plant described in the scientific literature as anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties confirm the traditional use in relieving coughs associated with colds, as well as for gastrointestinal disorders.
MURSAL TEA Purpose:
The food supplement is used as an adjunct to the diet, which:
- contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress;
- contributes to relieving the symptoms of cough associated with colds and lung disorders;
- Supports the digestive system and helps relieve gastrointestinal disorders;
- favors memory.
MURSAL TEA Dosage:
As a dietary supplement for adults, take one to three capsules daily with food.
