SUTHERLANDIA Purpose:
Supports the body's immune defenses.
Sutherland is one of the most ancient and broad-spectrum medicinal plants in South Africa. It enjoys a long history of use as a safe and effective means of protecting the body. Sutherland powerfully helps the body to mobilize its own resources to cope with various physical and mental stresses. Studies show that it functions as an adaptogen and a powerful immunostimulant. Söderland is traditionally used to increase the well-being of the body, increase immunity, and is used to overcome stress, depression and anxiety, influenza, chronic fatigue syndrome, viral hepatitis, asthma and bronchitis, type 2 diabetes, mild to moderate hypertension, rheumatoid arthritis, ulcer, gastritis, esophageal reflux, hot flushes and menopausal irritability, and herpes. Studies also show significant antioxidant activity.
Contraindications and side effects:
The Netherlands should not be taken with anticoagulants such as heparin and warfarin, and it is recommended that the product be discontinued two weeks before elective surgery. Some plants such as Sutherlandia, Astragalus and alfalfa contain the non-protein amino acid L-canavanine. People suffering from systemic lupus erthematosus should consult their doctor before taking plants containing L-canavanine.
There are no documented side effects when used at the recommended dose. Do not use during pregnancy.
A way of use SUTHERLANDIA :
1-2 tablets daily after meals.
Maximum daily dose 3 tablets.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
