Recommended
use Kyolic ® Kardio Liquid should be taken twice a day, preferably with food. One dose is 1 to 2 milliliters (about 30 drops or half a teaspoon) of the essence. You can drink the garlic preparation either pure or with vegetable juice. Depending on consumption, one bottle lasts for about 15 days or a month.
