Important micronutrients for normal heart function
The omega-3 fatty acids docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) as well as thiamine (vitamin B1) contribute to normal heart function. The positive effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA.
Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, including the heart muscle.
Vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and folic acid contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism.
Thiamine (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), vitamin B6, vitamin B12, pantothenic acid, niacin, vitamin C, biotin, magnesium, iodine, copper and manganese contribute to normal energy metabolism.

Recommended consumption:
Stir the contents of one sachet (= daily portion) into 150 - 200 ml of still water daily and take with or after a meal together with the tablet and capsules.

Note:
This product contains high doses of vitamin D3. It should only be used on the advice of a doctor, for the prophylaxis or treatment of vitamin D deficiency of various causes.
Vitamin D supply can be assessed using blood tests. During long-term treatment, calcium levels in the blood and urine as well as kidney function should be monitored. This also applies to the use of high-dose vitamin D supplements.
