Sanhelios Omega-3 capsules contain a high-quality concentrate of sea fish oil that is rich in long-chain, polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA. These contribute to normal heart function and thus make a valuable contribution to a heart-healthy diet. The positive effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA. The fatty acid DHA also contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and brain function. The positive effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA. Each capsule contains 1,000 mg of high-quality cold-water sea fish oil, of which at least 30% (300 mg) is omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA and vitamin E.
