Devils claw root extract for back pain capsules 90 pc

Valuable harpagosides are mainly found in the root, the part of the plant that HAWLIK processes into high-quality extracts.

The African devil's claw, also known as Harpagophytum procumbens and trampling chain, grows in the savannahs of southern Africa. As a wild plant, it is now threatened, which is why responsible production is a high priority for us. For our high-quality extract, we only use cultivated plants from sustainable collections in Africa, as there are the best conditions for the growth of devil's claw.

The widely branched underground storage roots are mainly harvested so that the primary root remains as the main root and can branch out again. Only the harvest of sustainable collections ensure the continued existence of the plant in the long term.

The bulbous root contains valuable ingredients such as harpagosides, a bitter substance belonging to the monoterpenes. Finely ground, the extract is obtained from the powder using water.

As a capsule, which is ideal for dosing and easy to take, our high-quality Green Line devil's claw extract is regularly tested by independent laboratories (AGROLAB) to ensure it is free of harmful substances.

The devil's claw owes its eerie sounding name to its claw-like appearance. The part growing above the ground gets caught in the animal's fur with small barbs and thus significantly ensures its spread. Devil's claw belongs to the sesame family and should not be confused with devil's claw of the bluebell family, which grows in the European Alps.

Consume 2 capsules daily with plenty of liquid with a meal.

Note: The stated recommended daily intake must not be exceeded.
