PRENACAPS folate contains 800 µg of Quatrefolic® - a methylated form of folic acid with proven bioavailability.
The product is recommended during child planning, pregnancy and breastfeeding.
PRENACAPS folate has been tested for ingredients, microbiology and heavy metals.

Folic acid is one of the most important ingredients in trying for a baby, pregnancy and breastfeeding. The optimal dose should take into account, inter alia, risk of fetal defects.
Folic acid is an ingredient that must be converted to a methylated (active) form after ingestion in order for the body to use it.

Folate (Quatrefolic®), Inulin, PRENACAPS folate contains a methylated form of folic acid (Quatrefolic®), which does not require transformation and is "ready" for direct use by the body.
The methylated form of folic acid should be noted, among others, by women at increased risk of fetal defects. This group includes, among others people with a disturbed process of converting ingredients into their active forms, using hormonal contraception, smoking, taking certain medications, with problems with the digestive system, kidneys and liver, and with too much body weight.

RECOMMENDED Folate (Quatrefolic®), Inulin DAILY AMOUNT Take

1 capsule once a day with a meal.

Inulin - 345 mg.
