Instructions for use SKIMMED MILK POWDER:
In order to increase the firmness of home-made yoghurt, we recommend adding 2 tablespoons of skimmed milk powder when preparing it. To make milk, stir 1 heaped tablespoon (12 g) into 100 ml water (it is best to stir with a milk frother).
