OmniSelen 3 contains 100 µg selenium per tablet. The selenium comes from three different sources, including organic selenium from selenium yeast and L-selenomethionine, and the inorganic sodium selenite. Using these three well-documented selenium sources ensures optimal selenium intake. In addition, the product is completely vegan.

What is selenium?
