Silicon is one of the trace elements and takes on various important functions in the human body. Around 20 milligrams of silicon per kilogram of body weight are naturally stored in our connective tissue, skin, tooth enamel and bones. Silicon plays an important role in the formation of connective tissue structures in the skin and also ensures the elasticity of cartilage, tendons and ligaments. In addition, silicon is involved in the mineralization process of bones. It forms a main element of the bone-forming cells and is closely linked to vitamin D. The mineral is also found in hair and nails to provide structure. NatuGena's silicon-3 complex consists of three high-quality silicon sources: field horsetail, bamboo, nettle. We paid attention to a coordinated mixture of bonded and elemental silicon. The silicon-3 complex also contains acerola extract with natural vitamin C. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for normal function of the skin, teeth and bones. Recommended dosage:
2 capsules once daily. It is best consumed 30 minutes before a meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water or, alternatively, with half a freshly squeezed lemon.
