SLOW-MAG B6 Composition:
Tablet contains: magnesium chloride hexahydrate - 535 mg, tj.64 mg magnesium ions, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) - 5 mg

SLOW-MAG B6 Features:

Magnesium is an element necessary for the proper functioning of the body.

SLOW-MAG B6 occurs in all tissues and body fluids. Calming effect on the nervous system, regulates the balance nerve and muscle. It improves the absorption of calcium (prevention of osteoporosis), participates in the maintenance of normal heart rhythm. SLOW-MAG B6 also participates in the processes of defense as a factor in anti-stress, anti-allergic, anti-inflammatory, plays an important role in the formation of antibodies and blood clotting.

Insufficient supply of magnesium in our diet is largely due to the contamination of the environment (fertilization fertilizers, acid rain), but it is also a consequence of inappropriate diet, the use of slimming, taking certain medications, among others, antibiotics, contraceptives, drainage, laxatives. This leads to overt or latent magnesium deficiency, which recommends taking SLOW-MAG B6.

Dosage SLOW-MAG B6:
The tablets SLOW-MAG B6 should be swallowed whole and not chewed or divided.

For prophylaxis - Adults: 1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening.

Deficiency of magnesium and vitamin B6 - adults: 5 tablets per day (Table 2. In the morning and Table 3. Evening) for three weeks, then 3 tablets in the evening.

Children over the age of 12 - in the treatment of short-term, up to 3 tablets a day in divided doses.

SLOW-MAG B6 Contraindications:

- Increased concentration of magnesium in the blood serum (hypermagnesaemia)
- Hypersensitivity to pyridoxine
- severe renal impairment
- admierna myasthenia gravis (myasthenia gravis)
- marked hypotension
- aburzenia conductivity of the heart muscle
- not used in combination with levodopa

Side effects SLOW-MAG B6:

When using therapeutic doses, usually there are no side effects. In rare cases there may be only a mild transient gastrointestinal disturbances (nausea, vomiting, loose stools). The use of very high doses may lead to excess magnesium and vitamin B6 in the body and cause the occurrence of: peripheral neuropathy, diarrhea, skin redness, bradycardia, insomnia, muscle weakness, coma.
