Recommended Trace elements, VITALBASE basic minerals, apple pectin consumption
- Stir 1 ½ teaspoons (2 x approx. 7.5g = 15g) into cold water, milk, yoghurt or juice twice a day - or sprinkle over muesli or fruit.
- Take an additional 1 ½ teaspoons before and after sporting activity.
- Consume twice the amount as part of alkaline or elimination treatments.
There are no known restrictions or intolerances.
Particularly suitable for older people or people with hypoacid digestion.
