What is trimagnesium citrate anhydrous, and what is it used for? Trimagnesium citrate anhydrous is a salt of magnesium and citric acid, used as a dietary supplement to treat and prevent magnesium deficiency (hypomagnesemia). Trimagnesium citrate is a compound of magnesium ions and citrate molecules in the ratio of 3:2.

How does the magnesium in geo-magnit work?
Magnesium is a mineral that is vital for our organism as an activator of over 300 enzymes. It supports our normal muscle function, our normal nerve function and our energy metabolism. Since magnesium can only be stored to a limited extent in the body, it must be supplied to the body daily for normal functioning of our muscles and to protect against muscle cramps. Since we are consuming less and less magnesium with our food, an additional dietary supplement with magnesium is recommended.
