VITAMIN B COMPLEX contains a balanced combination of all eight B vitamins.

Biotin, niacin and vitamins B1, B2, B6 and B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and pantothenic acid to normal energy metabolism. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism. Folic acid contributes to normal blood formation and has a role in cell division. Folic acid, vitamin B6 and B12 contribute to a normal homocysteine ​​metabolism.
