  • When taken with food and drink
    • Alcohol and black tea reduce the absorption of vitamin B 1 .
    • Vitamin B 1 can be consumed when drinking sulfite-containing beverages, such as e.g. As wine, degraded and thus become ineffective.

Pregnancy and lactation :
